In this module, you will develop the principles of sustainable leadership and learn how you can actively shape and implement the development of a sustainable corporate culture. You will explore the role of leaders in transformation, learn to differentiate between linear and systemic thinking and develop leadership skills based on the Terra Institute's “7 Moments of Truth®” and the Inner Development Goals. Topics such as ethics, conflict management and the integration of sustainability goals in annual meetings round off the module and support you in actively driving cultural change in your company.
