Since 2012, Terra Institute has been a recognized Regional Centre of Expertise (RCE) of the United Nations and United Nations University (UNU).  E-Learning

Terra Academy's digital learning environment includes more than 200 learning units in several languages, bundled into around 30 learning modules. By combining foundational and specialized knowledge with practical examples, it efficiently and effectively builds ESG expertise and skills.

 Live Sessions (on- and offline)

Through workshops, seminars/webinars, and trainings, participants deepen their knowledge, reflect on their role, and learn how to translate what they have learned into effective action in decisions, processes, and collaboration.

 Coaching

In our coaching sessions, we support leaders and managers in building ESG competencies, reflecting on their role in times of change, and embedding sustainability into decisions, culture, and leadership behavior. Whether one-on-one or in a team setting, we support where change truly begins: with people.

 Executive MBA

For companies and banks, we offer an exclusive three-step in-house MBA program for employees alongside their jobs - from a certified course (10 ECTS) to a Diploma of Advanced Studies (20 ECTS) and a Master of Business Administration (60 ECTS), with a focus on Sustainability Management.
